A general warning: If you run into far cheaper handmade Louisiana accordions or other imported USA musical instruments in Europe, usually these come from ILLEGAL imports, brought into Europe as handluggage and cleverly smuggled through customs. As owner of such and item, even if it's secondhand, you run the risk of being fined afterwards when you can't prove where and when you bought it. Customs can charge estimated original taxes plus a 100% fine for an economical delict in most EEC countries; even many years later you can get caught when you travel with your "cheaply" bought instrument. All prices include 19% VAT, Mehwertssteuer or TVA, on invoice. For customers residing outside the EEC, like the USA the price is 19% lower. All prices include 12% import taxes into the EEC, plus postage-airfreight costs. Pricing and availability subject to changes. Shipment from the Netherlands to be charged at costs. Price including postage is to be paid in full before shipment.

Warranties: When it a customer is not happy with the bought item, we will refund, after the bought item is shipped back and received by us, EXCLUDING postage costs, and only after the bought item is shipped back immediately, this by proof of postage parcel dates of reception and return shipment. The instrument should then not have been used or abused by customer, exclusively to be determined by Shine Audio, this after return of the item.
